American Roulette or Double Zero Roulette
This interesting game sounds simple but what is at stake is a lot of money. Gambling is all about luck and when it comes down to playing American Roulette, luck plays its role. In this game the player has to spin a small ball on a round wheel. Now the ball that spinning comes to rest at a point between 1 to 36 and a zero and double zero. If what you have guessed during the spinning is correct then you win. This game interestingly includes a zero and a double zero which help you to place bets that involve more than on number. For example, if one uses a zero and a double zero then the bet placed can be something like: 1+0, 1+2+0, 2+0, 3+00, or 1+2+3+0+00. The bets are also of different kinds. The first being straight up where you can bet on any number including the zero and the double zero and the chip in this case has to be placed in the centre of the number. The second type is that of Split Bet. Here what the player needs to place the chip between the two numbers he wishes to bet on thus making it a bet where two numbers are betted. The next is Street bet where three numbers can be betted. In the Corner bet you can bet on 4 numbers by placing the chip on the corner where the four numbers meet. In the Five Bet way you can bet on numbers between 0, 00 and 3. The next is line bet where you can bet on six different numbers in two rows of three numbers. The next is column bet where you get paid in the ratio of 2:1 and here interestingly zero and double zero are the losing numbers. Similarly in Dozen bet you can bet on 12 numbers as a group and even if one number is a hit you win in a ratio and then lastly is the Red/Black, Even/Odd, Low/High Bets which as the names suggests have two sides to it. Different combinations of numbers decide in which unit the group falls like even or odd, red or black etc.
What makes the game interesting is the fact that it has different sets of betting rules and the amount also varies for all the bets. So whatever bet you chose you have to be sure that your prediction works out right. Yes, luck does play its role.
